Guild Charter
Respect: Hands-down, the single most important thing. Treat everyone in the game with the respect you'd like to be shown. No exceptions.
Tolerance: Absolutely. EVERYONE is valuable to the guild regardless of race, class, or level. The outside lives of other members are to be treated with respect no matter what you may think of the persons gender, race, religion, occupation, sexual preference, etc. This one is a biggie, DON'T forget it. Please also note this is a MATURE guild, and some riske conversations do come up. If you are NOT over 18, you may wish to look into a more applicable guild for you.
Obscenity: In moderation. Our members are mature enough to choose their vocabularies. This does not mean you are free to make every other word a four letter one, but if you have just been killed by Kizdean Gix for the third time today Go for it, and make it colorful! We would much rather hear creative in-character commentary.
Power Leveling: We have nothing against it, but this is not the purpose of our guild. Feel free to ask guildmates for help, but be prepared to take no for an answer.
Twinking: Again, nothing against it, but it's not what we are all about. Higher level members often help 'younguns' with items for free of at reduced cost, but this is solely at the discretion of the giver. Begging will not be tolerated.
Guild Chat: YES! Please talk in guildchat all you like! Most of the conversation should be about the game, but if you just gotta rant about work, feel free!
Communication: Essential. Please make sure the Guildleader has an e-mail to reach you, this will NOT be shared with other members. Feel free to bring up questions, concerns, suggestions, or gripes with the Guildleader. This guild is a family; dysfunctional and full of affection. There will be problems, but they will be most easily solved if everyone talks.
Guild Meetings: Attendance is requested, not required. This is where most policy will be made.
Discipline: If a member Violates SoE rules or Common Decency rules set by this guild, they get a warning the first time (In Private tells, and posted in the Officers Forums) A second and they are gone.
If a guildie complains to an officer about an injustice upon them by a fellow Guildie, said Guildie will be informed that a situation has arised and that an investigation has been initiated that involves them. A vote shall be set up after the Investigation on whether said member should be allowed to remain a Naughtie or Bid farewell.
Officers: Mostly the ones who are on most and are most active in guild affairs. Nominated by the Guildleader and ratified by other officers.
Recruiting: 2 Sponsors are required for new Recruits, and one MUST be an Officer. The minimum level for Mains is 20. Alts can be any level, but will not be allowed until recruit is a Member. Recruit period is one Month to fully evalute new members. After that time frame a Vote will be placed on the Officer Board to see if the recruit will be accepted as a Memeber.
Multiple characters: We welcome the alternate characters of our members. Please let the leadership know that it is an alternate, though, so we don't expect to see both of you on a raid!
